When we build a house , our house destroy 1 tree to build , after we build house , laws system never force us plant 1 tree because our house destroy 1 tree . Restore environment : plant 1 tree . Before you build a house , Earth has 1 tree , absorb 45 lbs CO2 , after finish the house , Earth lost 1 tree which absorb 45 lb CO2 . We don’t have absorb CO2 rules of environment before/after we build constructions . All laws systems of the world got these mistakes .

If we look at 1 top view image of a city , that is a set of mistakes , which each ground floor of 1 building , house , supermarket , police station , ......... is 1 mistake of lost ecosystem which have  CO2 sequestration ability . This error type decrease legally CO2 sequestration ability of Earth . Why this happen , because architecture never calculate environmental CO2 sequestration before/after we build a house , building , .... or larger is a town , city . We never calculate plants in a city absorb CO2 equal or not with lost nature ecosystem we destroy to build a city .After we lost ecosystem , building emit CO2 , 2 bad things for 1 mistake .
Atmosphere : A . CO2 of A increase because of emit CO2 at Earth > absorb CO2 . If absorb CO2 > emit CO2 , after finish CO2 at Earth , it begin absorb CO2 of A => CO2 of Earth decrease .
Green standard , environmental laws , land use policies , constructions laws , LEED ratings system and every kind of green standards must have rules of restore CO2 sequestration ability of environment after we build everything .
